1. INTRODUCTION
The MY-K platform relies on a limited number of specialized third-party service providers (“Sub-Processors”) to support specific technical components of the service.
These providers may process personal data strictly for the purpose of delivering the MY-K identity verification services.
MyBioPass FZ-LLC (“MBP”) ensures that all Sub-Processors are contractually bound by data protection obligations consistent with Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
Sub-Processors are engaged only where necessary for the secure operation and delivery of the MY-K platform.

Email delivery services provided by Twilio SendGrid may involve processing of limited technical data such as email addresses and delivery metadata.
Where personal data are transferred outside the European Union, such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Article 46 GDPR.
3. UPDATES TO SUB-PROCESSORS
MBP may update this list from time to time where new service providers are engaged or where existing providers change their services.

MBP will notify customers of material changes where required under Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
